Nanny blinked her sore eye, and Sofia touched her tiara. “We’ll help,” she said. Dr. Luma checked gently and whispered, “Only unicorn candy can fix this, and it grows at the end of the rainbow.” Justin pushed up his aviator sunglasses and grinned, “Quest time!”

Outside, rain mist prickled their cheeks, and the rainbow smelled like sweet sugar air. Justin said, “Race to the brightest stripe!” so they followed the gleam. Val sketched a quick map in the damp dirt, which helped them choose a winding, shimmery path.

They neared the rainbow’s end, and mushrooms popped like tiny umbrellas. Val tripped over a glowing cap and got woozy. She stared at swirly colors, babbling. Justin caught her and said, “Snap out of it, Val!”

After a few breaths, Val blinked clear. “I know the way now,” she whispered, tracing a scent like cotton candy. They stepped through a rippling arch, and a kaleidoscopic world opened, sparkling with tiny Munchkin People.

A Munchkin King waddled forward and tapped his scepter. “Seven crumbles to see the end,” he said. Justin frowned. They had lost time, and Nanny’s eye hurt more, which made everyone anxious.

They tried to angle the light to peek around, but guards shuffled close, so Sofia changed the plan. She checked her pocket. “I have a cookie!” she cheered, breaking it into seven crumbly bits. The king nodded as the crumbles tinkled into his palm.

The bridge unfurled, and the rainbow ended in a shining candy garden. “There!” Val said, guiding them to shimmering unicorn candy sticks that smelled like mint and honey. Nanny nibbled one, and a cool sparkle washed her eye. She sighed, happy and light.

Because they shared and paid fair, the Munchkin People cheered. Nanny blinked both bright eyes and laughed. “Team sparkle!” Justin said, and Sofia tucked one sweet crumb into her pocket as a reminder. The rainbow hummed, soft and proud, over their happy group.
