The Smoothie Monster Chase
Starring Pippa Pinkstripe, Pinky, Pepperoni Pip, Sofia
Pippa Pinkstripe, Pinky, Sofia, and Pepperoni Pip set out for a refreshing bike ride to get smoothies, but when Pinky spills her drink, it transforms into a giant gooey monster that chases them through blocked streets and even swallows a car. After failing to drink the monster into submission, brave Sofia compliments its strength while honestly calling out its meanness, causing the monster to feel proud rather than angry and choose kindness instead. The new friends return home together to share peaceful smoothies in the garden, learning that empathy and truth can turn even the stickiest situations sweet.
Pippa, Pinky, Sofia, and Pepperoni Pip pedaled their shiny bikes down the sunny street. "I want a strawberry-banana blast!" said Pinky, her sparkly fuchsia eyes wide. The hot pavement smelled like melting tar, making their mouths water for cold drinks.
At the smoothie shop, they slurped thick, icy drinks that tasted like summer. Pinky gripped her handlebars, but her front wheel hit a pebble. Crash! Her purple smoothie flew through the air and splattered on the scratchy concrete. "Oh no!" wailed Pinky, sitting on the ground with a skinned knee.
The spilled puddle began to bubble and grow. It rose up into a wobbly giant made of gooey purple slime with floating fruit chunks and two swirling straws for eyes. "GLOMP!" roared the Smoothie Monster, dripping syrup everywhere. "Run!" shouted Pippa, her tail puffing up like a bottle brush.
They dashed toward the park, but tall houses blocked the path like a solid wall. "This way!" cried Sofia, turning her bike toward the busy street. Cars zoomed by—vroom, honk!—making a loud metal river they couldn't cross. The monster's heavy footsteps squelched closer, smelling like overripe berries.
The Smoothie Monster loomed over them, opening its massive dripping mouth. "Jump!" yelled Pepperoni Pip, her pepperoni hair bouncing. The friends leaped over a red car just as the monster lunged—CHOMP! It swallowed the car whole, driver and all, with a loud slurp and a purple burp.
"I know!" chirped Pepperoni Pip, clapping her hands. "Let's drink him up!" They attacked the goo with big slurps, but the monster was super strong and kept growing back. "Too... much... smoothie!" panted Pippa, her tongue purple and her belly sloshing. They couldn't finish him.
Sofia stepped forward, her rainbow crown gleaming. "Hey Smoothie Monster! You are really strong, but you're being mean!" The monster paused, its straw eyes swirling. It puffed up its gooey chest, pleased to be called strong, and its drippy mouth curved into a shy smile instead of a snarl.
The now-friendly monster carefully carried them on its squishy shoulders past the traffic. Back home, they sat in the sunny garden while the monster poured itself into tiny cups. They sipped smoothies together—Pinky drinking a yellow sunflower one—as the day ended in giggles and sweet sips.
