The forest sighed, “So cozy,” with a yawning, happy **sweep**. Sleepy Slime tucked leaf blankets, caring and **deep**. It wished every critter a gentle drift to **rest**. Because of that wish, it hummed its softest **best**.

But the tune grew strong, and—oh no!—too **deep**. A raccoon snoozed in the path, and fireflies drifted into the **creep**. “Sorry, friends,” it whispered, losing precious **time**. Because of the muddle and mess, hearts felt less in **rhyme**.

Sleepy Slime fixed the muddle with care so **neat**. It guided glowbugs by clover scent, gentle and **sweet**. “I’ll hush my hum,” it breathed, counting in **four**. Because the song turned softer, trust felt bright once **more**.

Clouds slid in front of the moon, dimming silver **light**. “Oh stars,” it sighed, “you can’t hear me in the **night**.” Worry pricked like pine, sharp and **cold**. Because the sky went muffled, the brave hum paused and **rolled**.

“I’ll weave some light,” it planned, “with dew-drop mirrors that **gleam**.” It lined bright beads in spirals, a moon-made **stream**. The tune skipped the drops, bouncing up in **flight**. Because the glow returned, the stars blinked back with **delight**.

The forest dozed easy, and hearts felt snug and **deep**. “Small songs,” it murmured, “can guide the grandest **sleep**.” On moon-moss, hat tilted, it curled like a little **spoon**. Because gentle choices glow, the dewdrops twinkled like a tiny **moon**.
