Your Photos Are Never Saved

When you upload a photo for character creation:

• We do not store your original photo.
• We immediately translate the image into text-based characteristics (e.g., hair color, clothing style).
• The AI then uses that text description to re-create a character image from scratch.
• The original photo is automatically deleted and never used for training.

Your family photos remain private, secure, and fully under your control.

Data Privacy & Protection

• We never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.
• Your stories, images, and account details belong to you. You can delete them at any time.
• We follow industry-standard practices to protect all data in transit and at rest.

Security

• We use modern encryption, secure cloud infrastructure, and routine security reviews.
• Access to user data is strictly limited to authorized personnel for support and reliability.
• We continuously monitor for vulnerabilities and apply updates promptly.

Transparency & Control

• You can delete any story or generated content at any time.
• We clearly explain how AI is used, so parents always understand how stories and images are created.

Sub-processors

Storywish relies on a small set of vendors to power the Services. Each vendor below is bound by a Data Processing Addendum (DPA). We commit to notifying users by email at least 15 days before adding a new sub-processor that materially changes data flows.
