Welcome to Storywish, a product of Alo Stories Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Alo Stories Inc. governing your access to and use of the Storywish website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update this information to maintain its accuracy. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may not create or use more than one account without our express permission. We reserve the right to terminate multiple accounts created by the same user.

The personalized stories and illustrations created through our Services (collectively, "AI-Generated Content") are a combination of our proprietary AI systems and your User Content. When you purchase stories or books:

Storywish offers the following subscription plans. All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars.
We also offer pay-per-story and pay-per-book options, which will be priced and described at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide advance notice of any price changes via our website or email.
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for any Services you purchase.
If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to your plan features until that date.
Printed books included in eligible plans or purchased separately are subject to standard production and shipping timelines. Shipping costs, delivery timeframes, and available shipping regions will be displayed at checkout. Alo Stories Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.
All purchases are final unless otherwise specified. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are granted at our sole discretion. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at seth@storywish.ai within 14 days of your purchase.

While we strive to provide high-quality, family-friendly content, we cannot guarantee that all AI-Generated Content will meet your expectations or be entirely free from errors, inappropriate content, or biases. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-Generated Content before sharing or distributing it.
We employ various moderation techniques to prevent the generation of inappropriate content. However, due to the nature of AI systems, unexpected results may occasionally occur. If you encounter any inappropriate content, please report it to us immediately at seth@storywish.ai.
These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by either you or Alo Stories Inc.

Alo Stories Inc. does not warrant that: (a) the Services will function uninterrupted, securely, or be available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the Services will meet your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Alo Stories Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alo Stories Inc.'s total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Alo Stories Inc. during the twelve (12) month period preceding the event giving rise to such liability.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Alo Stories Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be conducted in California, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
Any proceedings to resolve or litigate any dispute in any forum will be conducted solely on an individual basis. Neither you nor we will seek to have any dispute heard as a class action or in any other proceeding in which either party acts or proposes to act in a representative capacity.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Alo Stories Inc. concerning the Services.
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by Alo Stories Inc. without restriction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the amended Terms on our website and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Any notices or other communications provided by Alo Stories Inc. under these Terms will be given by posting to the Services or via email to the address associated with your account.
