Tahoe Tap-Tap and the Powder Path
Starring Blizzard Ben, Justin
On a deep powder day in Tahoe, Blizzard Ben guides the way with his shiny visor and brave tap-tap helmet ritual while Justin feels upset by the too-fluffy snow. After stories on the chairlift, they try a new plan to reach the cocoa hut. Working together, they turn worry into a winning path, showing teamwork, empathy, and problem-solving.
Snowflakes puffed like pillows as Blizzard Ben tapped his helmet—tap, tap. His shiny visor caught a sparkle trail, so he said, "Follow me!" Justin grinned, but the snow looked very, very deep.
They started down, and the powder whooshed like popcorn. Justin sank and flailed. "Too much powder!" he yelped, getting snowy sleeves, which made him upset and slow.
Because they lost time, they rode the chairlift to rest. Ben said, "I want to get my little cousin to the cocoa hut." Justin sighed, "I like smooth snow." Their talk made Ben think of a gentler path.
At the top, Ben used a ski pole to draw a map in the snow. "We’ll follow the sparkle trail to a groomed ridge," he said. Justin nodded, "Let’s make a path others can use." That plan lifted his mood.
A sudden wind howled, which made Ben jumpy; he did tap, tap. Snow swirled into a white curtain, and they missed the turn, losing more time. Justin frowned, trust wobbling like a wiggly board.
Ben took a breath. "Your turn to lead a best-path challenge," he said. Justin brightened and pushed to the ridge, packing a firm lane. Because Ben chose to switch roles, they moved faster and felt brave together.
They reached a sign pointing to the cocoa hut. Justin said, "I’ll keep the lane steady." Ben guided with his visor, spotting tiny glitter where the snow stayed safe. After this teamwork, their lost time didn’t feel so big.
At the cozy hut, cocoa steam smelled like chocolate clouds. "Your path was perfect," Ben said. Justin smiled, "Your sparkle map helped!" As the sun lit their smooth track below, they knew sharing plans—and the lead—made any powder day sweet.
