Mall Mornings and Rainbow Adornings

Starring Sofia, Alice

“To the mall!” sings Sofia, her tiara all **bright**. Alice shakes her toy, which jingles with **delight**. Doors whoosh open with a lemon-fresh **breeze**. “Let’s find rainbow laces,” says Sofia, “pretty **please**.”

They study the big map with buttons that **glow**. “Shoe shop upstairs,” says Sofia, “so we **go**.” A sweet, swirly smell floats warm and **thin**. “Cinnamon rolls,” giggles Alice, patting her **chin**.

They follow the smell, and the hallway grows **wide**. A bump on a tile makes the cup tip **side**. Plop—pink smoothie! A sticky, swirly **sea**. Sofia frowns, “Oh no, we’ve lost some **time,”**

She grabs napkins fast; they dab carefully **clean**. “Sorry, floor,” she whispers, kind and **keen**. Sunlight makes arrows across tiles of **white**. “Follow the light-river,” she says, “to the **right**.”

At the shoe wall: laces like rainbows that **gleam**. Sofia picks pink with a pearly **sheen**. “Up one more floor for a starry charm **twirl**.” They roll to the lift with a hopeful **whirl**.

Ding—then a pause; the elevator’s out of **luck**. A sign says “Closed,” so they’re truly **stuck**. Sofia breathes slow, draws arrows bold and **neat**. “Ramp through the garage,” she says, “follow my **beat**.”

They wheel to the ramp, soft echoes that **ring**. Her arrows guide turns like a hopscotch **thing**. Up past cool shadows, down sunlit **stripe**. A kiosk appears with the starry charm **type**.

Laces tied snug, star charm clicks with **cheer**. They split one roll; sweet sugar swirls **near**. “Maps, light, and care made a twist into **right**,” Says Sofia, as cinnamon swirls like a cozy **light**.
