Starring Sparks

On a bright sunny morning, Sparks was bouncing with excitement at the park. Tommy held a shiny new football and said, 'Sparks, today you'll learn to throw!' Sparks tilted his head curiously, tail wagging.

Coach Bella joined them, offering helpful tips. 'It's all about the grip, Sparks,' she said gently. Sparks wiggled his paws on the ball, trying to understand.

Sparks clumsily flung the ball with a swoosh, but it landed just a few feet away. Tommy laughed, 'That was great for your first try!' Sparks barked happily, tail swishing in joy.

After several attempts, Sparks was improving. He watched the other kids and mimicked their motions. With determination, he tried again, paws firm, tail straight.

Sparks' new friend, a squirrel named Nibbles, watched curiously from a nearby tree. Sparks wagged his tail and called out, 'Watch me, Nibbles!' The squirrel chattered, intrigued.

With a deep breath, Sparks gave it his best shot. The football soared through the air, much farther this time. Coach Bella clapped and said, 'Excellent job, Sparks!'

Elated by his improvement, Sparks barked with glee. Tommy patted him, 'You're a natural, Sparks!' Sparks felt proud and knew he could throw even further with more practice.

As the sun began to set, Sparks lay happily next to Tommy. He had learned so much today and couldn't wait for their next practice session. 'Let's do it again tomorrow!' Tommy suggested with a smile.
